Forms are used to retrieve information from the user.
The information can be automatically transferred to a database or emailed to you.
The form below is an example of a form that might be used if you were a club owner and needed to update your Events List that is displayed on your web site.
You would simply go to your administration section of your web site, which is password protected, and select the option to "Add An Event".
A page would then display a form which is conveniently set up to enable you to easily add an event to your web page.
When you hit the submit button, the data from the form would be added to the data base. The next time you refresh the page that displays the list of events, the new event that you just added would automatically appear on the web page.
